Dr. Robert A. Pape is a Professor of Political Science at the University of Chicago and the founder and director of the Chicago Project on Security and Threats (CPOST). Professor Pape is considered one of the world’s foremost experts on strategic air power, terrorism and insurgency, and political violence. He is currently researching public support for political violence in the United States and has presented his findings to the White House, Pentagon, and the German government.
