Kimberly Koch-Hult currently serves as the Regional Conflict Management and Prevention Center Manager for the Northern Region of the United States Forest Service. She has been designing and providing virtual dispute resolution services in the role of coach, mediator, facilitator, trainer and program manager for federal, state, local, tribal, educational and not for profit organizations for over 20 years. As a conflict process guide, Kimberly enjoys meeting people exactly where they are and inspiring compassionate conversations.  She frequently presents on generational conflict in social media, complexity systems, the cognitive science of decision making and consciousness. When she is not writing, sculpting or painting, she frequents gardens, libraries, and mountains.
