Kimberly M. Jannotta is a Partner and Chair of the School Law Practice Group with Del Galdo Law Group, LLC. The School Law Practice Group represents community colleges, elementary school districts, high school districts and a private learning institution as both general and special counsel. Ms. Jannotta concentrates her practice in the areas of school law, labor and employment law, transactions and litigation. She has represented clients in State and Federal Courts as well as before the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Illinois Department of Human Rights. Her experience includes arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, advising on Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act issues, presiding over Board meetings, conducting workplace investigations, engaging in collective bargaining agreement negotiations, reviewing student discipline matters, evaluating employee discipline and grievance issues and handling unfair labor practice charges as well as discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. Ms. Jannotta is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. She received her B.A. from Purdue University and her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law.
