Jules I. Crystal is an attorney and has been a labor and employment arbitrator and mediator for 10 years. His primary expertise is in the labor and employment arena, having participated in  a wide variety of mediations, including those involving alleged wrongful termination, employment discrimination and sex harassment, alleged violations of labor and employment agreements, non-compete agreements, whistle-blowing statutes and the Fair Labor Standards Act. He is a member of the Association of Attorney Mediators, the Chicago Bar Association – Labor and Employment Law Section and the American Bar Association – Labor and Employment Law Section: Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Labor and Employment, Development of the Law Under the National Labor Relations Act and the Litigation Section: Committee on Employment and Labor Relations. He is also an adjunct professor, teaching courses on Labor Law, Privacy in the Workplace, Labor Arbitration and Mediation, and the Collective Bargaining Process. He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Mr. Crystal earned a B.A from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
