With over three decades of expertise in labor and employment law, Jim Beyer has cultivated a distinguished career marked by strategic planning, exceptional communication skills, and a unique blend of empathy, influence, and humor to achieve positive client outcomes. Currently, Jim is with Axiom Global, providing full time employment law services to Hilton, recognized by Fortune as the world’s top workplace.
In his previous role as the Global Head of Employment & Immigration Law at Infosys, a Fortune 500 multinational consulting and outsourcing services company, Jim successfully managed all aspects of employment and immigration law, contributing significantly to the company's multibillion-dollar growth. During his 13+ year tenure as the Director of Employment Law at Accenture, he played a pivotal role as its first inhouse labor and employment lawyer, guiding the company through its IPO and achieving an exceptional employee engagement score of 100% for three consecutive years.
Jim also served as a Senior Labor and Employment Counsel at General Electric for four years. Jim was also Senior Counsel with Seyfarth Shaw, an AmLaw 100 firm, where he provided valuable counsel to multinational corporations on labor and employment law matters.
Jim has also been an Adjunct Law Professor at Chicago-Kent for many years. He was also recently named to the Chicago-Kent Board of Directors. Recognized for his contributions to the labor and employment profession, Jim was elected as a Fellow in The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in 2006.
