Jeff Rosenblum is currently the Acting Chief Human Capital Officer for the FDIC. He has worked for the FDIC as the Assistant General Counsel for the Legal Division’s Labor, Employment and Administration Section since 2018. Prior to joining the FDIC Jeff served as a Deputy General Counsel for the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also worked for the Department of Justice for nine years, most recently as the General Counsel for the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Jeff began his federal career at the Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, and prior to that worked in the general litigation sections of two large law firms. Jeff also serves as an adjunct professor at George Mason law school, where he teaches employment and ethics classes. He graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he served as an editor for Loyola’s law review, and received his undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Maryland.
