Daniel Zapata is General Counsel for the Service Employees International Union, Local 73. SEIU Local 73 represents 29,000 workers, primarily public and publicly-funded employees, throughout Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Mr. Zapata represents Local 73 at arbitration hearings, at court, at the different labor boards, and other administrative agencies. Mr. Zapata is a 2013 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law.
