Adam Eisenstein is an Assistant General Counsel with the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ Employment Law Branch, headquartered in Washington, DC. He represents the Agency in litigation before the EEOC and Merit Systems Protection Board involving the Bureau’s approximately 40,000 employees in 122 institutions across the country. Adam also represents management in arbitration proceedings concerning employee discipline. Prior to his current position, Adam also handled EEOC and MSPB matters for the U.S. Postal Service in Chicago.
