Description

Lawyers are a vulnerable population even when things are at their best. The increasing cultural
and political polarization in the United States has notably impacted mental health, increasing
our vulnerability to burnout, anxiety, and depression in the legal profession.
Participants in this program will learn:

1.  How lawyers are a vulnerable population.
2.  How anger and the “us vs them” experience impacts the brain.
3.  How increasing divisiveness impacts lawyer mental health and both personal and professional well-being.
4.  Tools and techniques to cultivate your skills for navigating increasing anger and polarity in our culture.
