This “Nuts and Bolts” session on discipline in labor arbitrations consists of an overview of the arbitrator selection process, preliminary evaluation, hearing considerations and potential issues. The panelists will also discuss the process and procedures to be followed by counsel representing labor and management as well as input from the arbitrator’s perspective. The session will conclude with a review fact scenarios for purposes of illustration.
